As school leaders develop strategies to support students' mental health, peer-to-peer support can be an important untapped resource. In this workshop, participants will learn how schools are implementing peer-to-peer mental health support programs that offer prevention and early intervention strategies to address student well-being. High school peer counselors will discuss their experiences.

Objectives:

Describe three benefits of peer-to-peer support programs
Identify three action steps for implementing peer-to-peer support programs
