1. Participants will gain insight into cultural expectations placed on African American female students.
2. Participants will develop an understanding of the intersectionality between cultural norms, and societal pressures, and identify unique barriers toward mental wellness specific to African American female students.
3. Participants will acquire skills to effectively address the needs of African American female students within the context of cultural and societal pressures in the school setting.
