1) Lecture: Factors Contributing to the Student Dropping Out and Culture-Specific Issues Impacting the Retention of Under-represented Students
2) Workshop: Brainstorm Minoritized Student Needs, Discussions of Multicultural Curriculums, Applying Regional Examples to the Designs
