Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is an evidence-based, culturally responsive approach to mental healthcare (Connie & Froerer, 2021). The structure of SFBT makes it easily adaptable across diverse cultural identities and ideal for use in schools. In this presentation, participants will learn contemporary approaches to SFBT, the basics of application, and considerations for use in schools.

1. Participants will learn contemporary approaches to SFBT
2. Participants will acquire basic skills of culturally responsive SFBT
3. Participants will learn practical considerations for use of SFBT in schools
