Dr. Vivian Rodriguez-Eads has served youth as a school psychologist and program administrator for over twenty years. She worked as a bilingual school psychologist in Long Beach Unified School District supporting students with Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities (EBD). Dr. Rodriguez then worked as a district office coordinator for special education supervising EBD programs K-12 and the school psychologists for Tustin Unified School District. She worked as a site administrator for a regional program for students with EBD, which she developed, with the Whittier Area Cooperative Special Education Program (WACSEP). Dr. Rodriguez-Eads currently serves families and IEP teams as the SELPA Liaison for WACSEP. Dr. Rodriguez-Eads also has served as an educational consultant supporting the development of teams and special education programming.
